These terms cover your use of PlutoHome, run by Edge Digital Solutions LTD (company number 11540507).
What the service is
PlutoHome helps you keep records, track deadlines and plan energy improvements for properties you let. It is information and organisation, not legal, financial or surveying advice. You remain responsible for meeting your legal duties as a landlord, including registering on the official landlord database.
Estimates
EPC data comes from the government register and may be out of date or wrong. Costs and score gains are estimates. Get a qualified assessment and written quotes before you commit to works.
Installers
Installers we introduce are independent businesses. Your contract for any work is with them. We check their accreditations when they join, but we do not guarantee their work. We may receive a referral fee.
Your content
You own the documents and data you upload. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service. Do not upload anything you are not entitled to share.
Price
The free check is free. Founding landlords use the desk free during the launch. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any charge, and you can export your data and close your account at any time.
Liability
We are not liable for fines, losses or decisions made from information in the service, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
