About
Why PlutoHome exists
The rules for letting a home in England change more between 2026 and 2030 than in the previous twenty years. The landlord database, the Renters' Rights Act, the landlord ombudsman and EPC C all land on the same people: landlords with a handful of properties who manage them themselves.
Letting agents have software for this. Housing associations have consultants. Self-managing landlords have a folder of PDFs and a spreadsheet. PlutoHome is the dated record those landlords need: what each property has, what it is missing, what it needs before 2030 and what has been done.
What we are and are not
- We are a records and planning tool for landlords.
- We are not a law firm and our guides are not legal advice.
- We are not an installer. We introduce vetted installers and may receive a referral fee.
- We are not the government. You register on the official landlord database yourself.
