Answer

Do I need new radiators for a heat pump?

Often some, not all. Heat pumps run at lower flow temperatures than gas boilers, so a few undersized radiators usually need upsizing — but many existing radiators can stay.

In more detail

Your installer's heat-loss survey identifies which radiators are too small for low-temperature operation. Upsizing a handful is normal; a full replacement is rarely needed.
