Setup for broadvoice.com

Go to Trunks section

Add a SIP trunk

On Outgoing Dial Rules add

9|.

this will be the prefix to call outside

On Outgoing Settings set trunk name to

broadvoice4

and peer details to

username=YOUR_BROADVOICE PHONE_NUMBER
fromuser=YOUR_BROADVOICE_PHONE_NUMBER
secret=YOUR_BROADVOICE_PASSWORD

host=sip.broadvoice.com
insecure=very
canreinvite=no
dtmfmode=inband
dtmf=inband
nat=yes
type=peer

On Incoming Settings set usercontext to YOUR_BROADVOICE_PHONE_NUMBER and user details to

context=from-pstn
secret=YOUR_BROADVOICE_PASSWORD
type=user

On Registration set registration string to

YOUR_BROADVOICE_PHONE_NUMBER:YOUR_BROADVOICE_PASSWORD@sip.broadvoice.com

Go to Outbound Routing section

Set route name to

broadvoice

Set dial patterns to

9|.

Set trunk sequence to

SIP/broadvoice4

Go to DID Routes section

Set number to

YOUR_BROADVOICE_PHONE_NUMBER

Select the extension to ring

Apply your changes
